A bingo game for up to 6 players, with counters included. This bingo game is ideal for teaching the. ‘F’ sound in phonics or as a fun game in speech and language, for children who have difficulty in producing the, F sound. Included are, 6 boards, 15 pictures with the initial, F sound and 28 counters. Of course the counters can be printed several times to ensure all players have enough pieces. Newly included are 6, 6 picture cards.

Using words from Phase 2 Phonics, I have created, 20 comprehension cards. Each card has one simple sentence and then 2 questions to answer. Child can read the sentence and then adult can read the question to them and the child can write their answers below. These could printed off and used as a quick group activity or laminated and used during child initiated time.

Adult to show a picture and help the children to identify the picture then the child looks on their bingo card to see if it contains the word to match the picture. There are a total of 18 different words/pictures and also bingo counters; which can be printed off several times to ensure there are enough for all children.

5 picture cards, one for each group of children. The idea is to get each group to talk about their picture and decide which story they think it’s from. At the end, each group announce which story they think their picture is from then show their card to the rest of the class to see if their pictures match up to the story they think it’s from. Ideal start of the day activity.
